Cape George

Cape George is a private residential community situated on Discovery Bay about four miles from Port Townsend facing west towards the Olympic Mountains, overlooking Protection Island and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The community offers many excellent community amenities including a marina and boat launch. Cape George is divided into three areas: the Colony, the Village, and the Highlands. Each has its own special character.

Port Townsend

One of only three Victorian Seaports on the National Historic Register, Port Townsend is located on the northeast corner of the Olympic Peninsula and bordered by the waters of Port Townsend Bay and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Named by Captain George Vancouver in 1792, Port Townsend's official beginning is recorded to be 1851. Still a bustling seaport today, Port Townsend serves as the seat of government for Jefferson County.

Resting peacefully off the eastern shore of the Olympic Peninsula, Marrowstone Island is a boater's paradise. With much of the island very well conserved, many of the properties here are pleasantly secluded by the natural forests that surround them. Fort Flagler State Park and public beaches are nearby. A must see for any visitor to our area, Marrowstone offers a uniquely special community feel that some find impossible to resist.

Bridgehaven

Perched on the western side of the Hood Canal, just south of the Hood Canal Bridge, Bridgehaven commands exceptional views of the major waterway and choice beachfront properties. Minutes away from the Shine Tidelands, the community enjoys spectacular fishing, clamming, crabbing, and whale watching as the Orcas travel through the canal. Bridgehaven also offers its residents access to a community beach and small private marina, while providing quick access to the other side of the canal.

Port Hadlock

Positioned between Oak Bay and Townsend Bay, Port Hadlock serves as the main place of commerce in a region of Jefferson County known as the Tri-Area. With the small communities of Chimacum to its south and Irondale to its north, Port Hadlock attracts people from all over the Olympic Peninsula everyday. The Inn at Port Hadlock provides a wonderful embarkation point for recreational activities throughout the Olympic Peninsula, and its nearby Marina is a great moorage location.

Founded in the 1870's as one of the first logging and sawmill communities on the Puget Sound, today's Port Ludlow has evolved into a vibrant, diverse, and prosperous Planned Resort Development.  With the Olympic Mountains to its west and Puget Sound to the east, Ludlow Bay rests tranquilly amidst emerald forest.  With it's award-winning 27-hole Golf Course, 300-slip Marina, indoor and outdoor pools, exercise facilities, tennis and basketball courts, and walking trails, Port Ludlow truly is a recreational paradise sophisticated and convenient enough to call home.

With beautiful views of Port Townsend Bay and the North Cascade Mountains, Kala Point is part of a unique gated waterfront community of homes, condominiums, and time shares.  With so many options, it is easy to forget busy daily lifestyles.  Kala Point is only six miles from Port Townsend and within a comfortable driving distance of almost limitless activities found on the Olympic Peninsula. On Kala Point's wooded grounds there are excellent recreational facilities like an indoor/outdoor pool and walking trails, luxury residences, and access to a beautiful mile and a half beach.
